The practice space measures 36′ x 14′ and can fit 30-40 yoga mats. Perfect for yoga, dance, martial arts classes and workshops. Note: No footwear in this space

Front Office

This space measures 15′ x 15′ and can be used for check-in to the practice space. It can be used for a pop-up shop. Also, there are opportunities to partner and sell your products in this space seasonally or perpetually.

Upstairs Nook

This private space on the second floor measures 12′ x 12′ and is great for an acupuncturist, massage therapy, private practice. Possibilities of daily rentals and long term leases.
